Refund Policy

At Studio Ife Dance and Yoga, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive of both our families and our studio operations.

1. Dance Tuition & Installment Payments

• All tuition payments are non-refundable, including monthly installments and full-season payments.

• Tuition reserves your child’s place in a class. Refunds will not be issued for missed classes, scheduling conflicts, or withdrawal after the month has begun.

• If a student withdraws before the first class of the month, we may offer a credit or partial refund at our discretion.

1a. Yoga Membership Payments

• All yoga class payments are non-refundable, including single class drop-ins, class packs, and monthly memberships.

• Payment reserves your spot in class. Refunds will not be issued for missed classes, scheduling conflicts, or withdrawal after the month or session has begun.

2. Dance Registration Fees and Deposits

• Registration fees and class deposits are non-refundable.

• Deposits secure your place in class and are applied to your first month’s tuition or installment.

3. Missed Classes & Make-Ups

• Missed classes are not eligible for refunds.

• Make-up classes may be offered for dance based on availability and must be scheduled in advance. We do not guarantee make-up class placement.

4. Cancelled Classes

• If Studio Ife cancels a class permanently or cannot provide a suitable substitute, affected students will receive a refund or account credit for the unused portion of tuition.

• Weather-related closures or emergencies are not subject to refund.

5. Workshops, Camps & Special Events

• Refunds for special programs (e.g., summer camps, masterclasses, workshops) will only be issued if notice of withdrawal is given at least 14 days prior to the start of the program.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

6. Exceptions

In the case of extended illness, injury, relocation, or other special circumstances, please contact us directly. We may issue a refund or studio credit on a case-by-case basis.
